Located in New York City, we introduced our flagship product, Athena, a Computer-Assisted-Telephone-Interviewing (CATI) software application in 1983 (our first client remains a client today), and have developed seamless interfaces to phone switches, inbound predictive databases, Web applications, and a large number of legacy systems. Our users have included a number of Fortune 500 companies as diverse as DuPont, Circuit City, British Telecom, GTE and Nissho Electronics; to date TelAthena’s users have logged in excess of 600 million production hours in contact centers worldwide. Every member of TelAthena’s programming and support staff has been working in the contact center industry for at least 15 years, and with TelAthena’s products for at least ten.
