Topology for voice recording with TelAthena neOn:
Recording devices are installed by the recording device vendors. TelAthena currently supports Calltrol, Nice and Tantacomm recorders. Recordings are started and stopped anywhere in the call flow either by direct action by the agent, or transparently by the scriptwriter via command triggers.
